Ninth Lunar Month of the Chinese Calendar
In Chinese metaphysics and the lunar calendar, the new moon marks the first day of the lunar month.
On Thursday, October 3, the ninth lunar month of the Chinese calendar begins.
Yin and Yang
At the time of the new moon, Yin energy is at its peak.
Afterward, during the second half of the lunar month, Yang energy increases while Yin energy decreases.
